Every second year, the college stages a Variety Night, which gives dancers and Music and Drama students at Mount St. Joseph Girls' College an opportunity to perform in a concert setting. School music ensembles, Year Level ensembles and various performers entertain to a particular theme. Music and Drama teachers guide the students through the process. Students also have the opportunity to perform in a professional setting, direct and work backstage. This night offers entertainment and a fun night out for our Mount St. Joseph Girls' College families.
The Annual Music and Arts Night gives Mount St. Joseph Girls’ College's Instrumental Music students the opportunity to showcase their hard work and dedication in a formal concert setting surrounded by a visual arts exhibition. Students entertain with solos, duos and ensemble pieces culminating in an item from the whole department. This night brings students out of the practice room and onto the stage, and for piano students provides an opportunity to play on a professional grand piano.
