The Role:

As our Marketing, Events & Communications Officer, you will:

Drive Digital Marketing

- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google AdWords, and more.

- Create engaging social media content that reflects our Catholic values, student achievements, and community engagement.

Lead and Coordinate Diverse Events

- Plan and execute major College and Community events, such as International Women's Day, Grandfriend Afternoon Tea, and Male Mentors' Breakfast.

- Coordinate major College student events, including overseeing ticketing, invitations, promotions, catering, and logistics.

- Provide hands-on assistance to community groups in the planning and executing fundraising events, including the Mary MacKillop Today Fundraising Dinner and Joseph’s Corner High Tea, strengthening the College's strong commitment to social justice.

Oversee College Communication

- Develop and produce internal and external digital and print communications.

- Manage website content and SEO through Craft CMS.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications in marketing and communications (desirable).

- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination.

- Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (Synergetic & Funnel would be advantageous).

- Can work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
